Refund Policy

At SimAir737, we aim to provide flexible and fair policies for our flight simulator experiences. This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, ticket validity, and transfers. It applies to all bookings and tickets purchased via www.simair737.com or in-person at Gloucestershire Airport, Cheltenham. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Purchasing and Refunds

  • Full Refunds: You can cancel your flight ticket within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with no penalty.

  • Discretionary Refunds After 30 Days: Refunds beyond 30 days are at our discretion and incur a £25.00 administration fee.

  • No-Show or Missed Reservations: If you miss a booked session without notice, the ticket becomes void, and no refund is issued.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirement: Provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without fees.

  • Less Than 48 Hours: A re-booking fee applies: £25.00 for sessions up to 60 minutes, £50.00 for longer. The experience can be rescheduled, but no refund is given.

  • Late Arrivals or Interruptions: Sessions end at the agreed time; no refunds or extensions for late arrivals, motion sickness, or breaks.

  • Simulator Issues: If we cancel due to technical failure or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues), we'll rebook at our discretion. For significant quality reductions, we may add 15 minutes or offer a new date. Liability is limited to the ticket price.

Ticket Validity and Expiry

  • Validity Period: Tickets are valid for 24 months from purchase and must be booked and completed before expiry.

  • Expired Tickets: Invalid after expiry; no automatic refunds or extensions.

  • Invalid Vouchers: If presented invalid, charged at £1.70 per minute, payable on the day.

Transfers and Upgrades

  • Transfers: Tickets are fully transferable to another person.

  • Upgrades: Upgrade to a higher package at booking. Add 15-minute increments for £40.00.

Restrictions and Eligibility

  • Participants must meet requirements (e.g., age 12+, height 1.5m, good health). If unsuitable, contact us before booking; refunds follow standard policies.
